Tabletting
Medico Domus has a highly efficient tabletting machine. Machine capacity amounts to 36.000-42.000 tablets per hour. Made from the finest materials, the highest quality stainless steel, with tools that are galvanized and multiple protected. Tools are round with a diameter of 5 mm, 10 mm, 13 mm, 16 mm and 25 mm and elliptical with dimension 19x8mm.
Capsule filling
Production hall of Medico Domus company contains a machine for filling capsules size 0, and 450-550 mg loading. Machine capacity amounts to 30,000 capsules per hour.
Blister packing
Medico Domus company has a professional blister packing machine for capsules (size 0) and the tablets (diameter 5 mm, 10 mm, 13 mm, 16 mm and 25 mm).
Packaging
Medico Domus has a fully automated packaging system. Machine automaticly sorts the blisters, takes the leaflet, bends it around the blister, and all together pack in a carton box, which is marked with the seal with date of manufacturing, batch number and expiry date.
